Our founder Alison Dodd used to be a Cordon Bleu Chef and understands the importance of fresh quality herbs and the flavour they bring to a dish. We have years of experience supplying top chefs and mixologists and understand how busy you are; therefore, we are always as flexible as we can be and offer consistent quality and supply with great customer service.
We are constantly looking to inspire chefs at every opportunity, and we continue to extend our range every year. We’re very proud to offer as well as our traditional herbs and salads, an extensive range of speciality herbs and edible flowers. These herbs are packed with flavour and offer endless inspiration for our chefs. We like to push the boundary of food flavour and experiment with new ideas so we’re constantly adding to our speciality range.
We believe the best dishes begin with the perfect fresh produce and fresh herbs are certainly packed with fresh flavour.
We’re constantly looking at ways we can help our chefs with innovation. The latest product launch is our speciality salad box, baby leaves carefully selected to achieve the fullest flavour and colours to complement each other, packed so you can choose which delicate leaf you would like to garnish with.
